In 1983, immediately after having graduated Oak Ridge High School, the founder passed the state examination and procured a Florida salesman's real estate license. Early in 1986 he became licensed in Florida as a real estate broker.

The following year in 1987 after having graduated the University of Florida with a B.S.B.A. with a major concentration in Real Estate and Urban Analysis, he became employed by Easley, McCaleb and Stallings as a Tax Representative. At Easley, he represented commercial property owners to assure that their properties were being equitably assessed for county property tax purposes.

His assigned territory included Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and counties including Marion and North into and throughout the Florida Panhandle. He also was assigned work in Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He had opportunities to appear before the Value Adjustment Boards and present cases as to how properties were being over-assessed and why the tax values should be lowered.

In the summer of 1989 he enrolled in law school at the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He did this because he believed that a legal education would enable him to better represent clients and also to help people in general.

In 1991 he finished law school and sat for and passed the Florida bar exam in February, 1992. His efforts are now primarily dedicated toward advancing the interests of brokering fractional interests in real estate and general real estate.
